The 2008 9-3 is recognized by its sharper front end styling.  All 9-3's come standard with a Turbocharged Engine giving the vehicle higher horsepower and torque with better gas mileage.  They also have the Sentronic Automatic Transmission which gives the driver the ability to shift manually with for a sporty and fun ride.  The steering has European-style handling and this turns the rear wheels very slightly to help the driver carve through curves.  The 9-3's handling is made possible by the Electronic Stability Control (ESP), its ABS braking system, traction control, emergency brake assist, Electronic Brakeforce Distribution (EBD) and Cornering Brake Control (CBC).  The 9-3 like it has always been is very versatile with its wide-opening tailgate, low load floor, TwinFloor storage compartment and large cargo area.
